Paul Cadario has been with the World Bank since 1975. He worked at a number of regional offices (Asia Region/East Asia and Pacific, Europe and Central Asia, and Western Africa) before becoming the senior manager of Trust Fund Quality Assurance and Compliance, where he oversees compliance and quality assurance for external funds managed and disbursed by the World Bank as a trustee for governments, foundations, NGOs, and private partners.
